All 2026 Eagles and Eagle Candidate parents are invited to attend the kickoff meeting of the ECoH Committee Feb 10th in the Library during the Troop meeting. We will select a Committee Chair and start the planning process for our Spring event celebrating our scouts who achieved Eagle rank in the past year.

Big Bend Update - Pls Read if Planning to Go

A few folks have noticed that there are currently severe water restrictions in the Chisos Basin. We are hopeful (as is the park when I called) that the pumps which send water up from the Cattail falls area of the park, essentially below the Windows trail, are back in action intone for our trip. That said, we may need to bring our own water. Park suggestions are 1 gallon x day at a min, so please consider bringing a couple of those big 2 gal jugs you can set up on a counter (or regular 1G Jugs). We will try and shoot out another note on Thursday morning with any updates from the park.
