All of our Fall Merit Badges are now posted and signups are open!
Please take a look at all of our offerings, especially those that start before our first Troop meeting. For newer scouts, we'd suggest starting with Citizenship in the World then Personal Fitness.
Now announcing the Fall offering of the Citizenship in Society Merit Badge. This is an Eagle-required Merit Badge and the newest badge to be created by BSA. This is a Badge for older T5 and T50 scouts due to its interactive nature, so is limited to scouts ages 14 and older.
T5 is kicking off the new Scout year with a Lake Party this Sunday, August 25th, 5-7:30 on beautiful Lake Austin. BBQ, lemonade, tea and water will be provided, and families are invited. This is an informal event to come swim in the lake, see your scout friends, mingle with adults and get ready for the year ahead. No official program, scouts should wear bathing suits and bring towels if they want to swim.
Welcome back to a new Scouting year with T5! We will be kicking off the year at the Lake Austin home of Lewis and Kelly Talbert with BBQ and swimming. We'll catch up on Summer adventures with T5, and parents can get a glimpse of our 2024-25 plans with Troop leadership. Families are welcome, please register for the event on the calendar with the number in your party so we can plan food accordingly.
